Located in the mountains just 11 miles north of the city of San Ramon, this 625 acre farm is ideal for a major tourism project, as well as division into smaller farms for resale. En las montañas a 6km nortes de la ciudad de San Ramón, este 250+ finca es ideal para un proyecto grande de eco-turismo, segregación en fincas más chicas para la re-venta, la producción de plantas ornamentales, ganado, o una lechería, como tiene el clima y terreno perfecto para todas esas actividades. Una operación de agua embotellada puede ser posible también, ya que cuenta con numerosos nacientes. Casi la mitad del terreno es en bosque, bajo un programa pagado para la conservación del ambiente, y la otra mitad es en pasto, a una altura de 1,000 metros haciendo el clima tipo bosque nuboso moderado.
