The house is located close to a Hipermas supermarket (like a Super Wal-Mart; and now owned by Wal-Mart), and not far from two malls, lots of restaurants, etc. And the climate is fantastic, with average day-time temperatures in the los 70's F (about 22º C) year-round...never needing heat or air-conditioning.
